Michael Llewelyn

In a career spanning 20 years Michael has been MD and COO of entrepreneurial, dynamic, fast-growth international customer management businesses. This experience is underpinned by an international "blue chip" background in over 20 countries on continents including the Americas, Europe and Asia.

With a technical and marketing background he has functional expertise in loyalty and customer marketing, retail sales and marketing, brand management, finance, business development, corporate strategy, operational planning and retail operations.

His industry experience includes B2C and B2B and covers the mobile telecommunications, FMCG, banking, petrol retailing and service industry sectors.

He has 10 years experience in designing, launching and operating and managing large coalition loyalty programmes around the world. His recent posts have included global head of Loyalty for Shell International, MD of Loyalty Management UK and EVP for the Air Miles International business (LMI).

Michael is a regular speaker and facilitator at conferences and workshops worldwide on the subject of profitable customer management.

Peter Wray

Areas of specialist experience are the European retail fuels market, the European grocery market, and both consumer and business-to-business markets for loyalty and relationship marketing schemes.

In a career spanning twenty-three years in the international oil industry, Peter has worked with Mobil Oil Corporation and BP Retail Europe in a variety of senior management assignments.

His extensive experience in the retail fuels market lead to assignments in the USA, Latin America, Africa and Europe.

His final position within BP Europe, prior to leaving to set up his own consultancy practice, pgw Ltd, was that of European Manager for BP Retail Customer Loyalty programmes. He was responsible for the development of retail loyalty strategy and relationships to support the customer loyalty schemes running in five European markets.

Peter is a regular speaker at conferences and workshops on the subject of loyalty and relationship marketing. He is a faculty member and lecturer at the College of Petroleum Studies, Oxford and a regular contributor to specialist media on the subject of customer loyalty.
